Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AI SEO powered by CGMIMM ("the Platform") at seo.cgmimm.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

The Platform provides AI-powered SEO analysis tools including site audits, keyword tracking, rank monitoring, backlink analysis, and related services. Features may change at any time.

3. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 48-hour free trial with access to Starter plan features. During the trial period, you may select a subscription plan (Starter, Pro, or Enterprise). If you select a plan during your trial, your payment method will be charged automatically when the 48-hour trial period ends. If you do not wish to be charged, you must cancel your account before the trial expires.

You acknowledge that by selecting a plan during the trial period, you are authorizing us to charge your payment method at the end of the trial and on each subsequent billing cycle.

4. Subscription Plans and Pricing

We offer the following subscription plans:

• Starter: $59.95 per month — 1 site
• Pro: $149.00 per month — 5 sites
• Enterprise: Custom pricing — unlimited sites, contact us for details

Prices are in US Dollars and are subject to change. We will notify you of price changes at least 30 days in advance.

5. Billing and Payment

All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

Automatic Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews each month on the same date you initially subscribed. Your payment method will be charged at the then-current rate for your plan at the beginning of each billing cycle.

Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we may attempt to charge your payment method again. If payment continues to fail, your account may be suspended or downgraded.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Platform's Settings page by clicking "Manage Billing," which will redirect you to the Stripe customer portal where you can cancel.

To stop recurring charges, you must cancel your subscription before your next billing date. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent periods after cancellation.

7. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. This includes monthly subscription charges, charges after trial period expiration, and any partial-month charges. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Forgetting to cancel before the trial period ends
• Forgetting to cancel before a billing renewal
• Dissatisfaction with the service
• Unused portion of a billing period
• Downgrade to a lower-tier plan mid-cycle

We encourage you to use the 48-hour free trial to evaluate the Platform before committing to a paid subscription.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Platform
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Platform beyond the provided API
• Resell or redistribute the Platform without authorization
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise Platform security
• Exceed reasonable usage limits that negatively impact other users

9. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, is owned by CGMIMM. You retain ownership of your website content and data. By using the Platform, you grant us a limited license to access and analyze your website data solely for the purpose of providing our services.

10. AI-Generated Content

The Platform provides AI-generated SEO recommendations, descriptions, and analysis. This content is provided "as-is" for informational purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of AI-generated recommendations. You are responsible for reviewing and implementing any changes to your website.

11. Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CGMIMM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bexar County, Texas.
